4.Instructions for getting ID 

Step 1 : You choose the plugin you need to buy and download it (If you don't know how to download, contact Sadesign for instructions)
Then open the Photoshop app and open a photo, go to Filter -> Retouch4me -> select the plugin to get the ID
The interface will display as below. Then click on Offine Authorization

Step 2 : You copy the ID line circled in red and then send it to Sadesign for the gene code to activate

Step 3 : After completing the payment, i will send you the activation code and email. Fill in the 2 boxes Code and Email and click OK to activate.

5.Frequently Asked Questions

5.1 Can I install Retouch4me if I am using an unlicensed version of Photoshop?
You can install and use Retouch4me whether you are using a licensed or unlicensed version of Photoshop. However, to ensure that Retouch4me functions smoothly and effectively, it is recommended to use a licensed version of Photoshop.
5.2. Will I lose my key if I reinstall my computer?
You cannot transfer the Retouch4me license to another computer. According to the manufacturer, changing the motherboard, CPU, or hard drive is considered a new machine. If you encounter this situation, you should contact SaDesign for assistance.
5.3. Can I use Retouch4me on a MacBook?
Retouch4me works well on both Windows and Mac computers. Therefore, if you are using a MacBook, you can definitely use Retouch4me. Simply download and install Retouch4me according to your computer's operating system to start using it.

For MacBook M1 and M2 users: Ensure that Photoshop is running in Native (default) or Rosetta (emulation) mode because a key can only be used in one of these modes. Once you enter the key, you cannot switch modes. For example, if you enter the Retouch4me key in Native mode, it cannot be used in Rosetta mode, and vice versa

                      Native mode: You can use it in both Photoshop and the standalone Retouch4me app.

                      Rosetta mode: It can only be used within Photoshop.

Why use Rosetta? Because in this mode, Photoshop can run older-style panels such as Sadesign, 1Touchpro, DQT Academy…
Photoshop versions 2023-2024 have switched to a new plugin-style panel format, compatible with Native mode. This new Retouch4me panel is included when purchasing the plugin.
“For MacBook Intel or Windows users, this does not apply!”
Solutions:

                       Choose Rosetta if using old-style retouch panels; choose Native if not using them.

                       Purchase 2 keys to activate both modes.

                       Install 2 versions of Photoshop: one running in Native mode and one in Rosetta mode.

                       Both licensed and non-licensed versions of Photoshop can be installed and used normally.

Note: The Retouch4me license cannot be transferred to another computer. (According to the manufacturer, changing the motherboard, CPU, or hard drive is considered as changing to a different machine.
