1. Instructions for creating a background

he steps to create a background follow a specific process as follows:

- Step 1: First you need to create a new document with the size of 1342 x 755 px.

Next, set the Foreground color to #161819 and the Background color to #010101.

Select the gradient tool => click on the Radial gradient icon right on the Option bar

Drag from the center of the document to one of the corners.

Duplicate the background layer. 

- Step 2: Double click on the Background copy layer to apply the Pattern Overlay effect, then make the following settings: 

Blend Mode: Overlay

Pattern: DP1-E

This step is to create the background for the diamond effect

2. Instructions for creating sparkling text, styling the first layer

The steps to create the glitter text and style the first layer are as follows:

- Step 1: Create the text "Diamonds" with Fortuna Dot font, Size 200 pt, color #a7a59f.

Then duplicate the "Diamonds" text layer, changing the copy's Fill value to 0.

- Step 2: Double-click the original text layer to apply the following layer style:

Add Bevel and Emboss and proceed with the settings:

Size: 10

Gloss Contour: Ring

Check the Anti-aliased box

Highlight Mode: Vivid Light

Shadow Mode - Color: #a6a6a6

- Step 3: Create a diamond effect texture in Photoshop. Then add a border with the following settings:

Check the Anti-aliased box.

Range: 25%

- Step 4: Add Texture with the following settings:

Pattern: Mesh Transparent BG

- Step 5: Add Pattern Overlay then set as follows:

Pattern: Crystal Pattern

Scale: 10%

- Step 6: Add Drop Shadow then install as follows:

Opacity: 50%

Distance: 10

Spread: 15

Size: 5

So we have created the first effect layers.

3. How to style the second text layer

Steps to create a second text layer you double click on the copied text layer to apply the sparkle text layer style:

- Step 1: Add Bevel and Emboss with the following settings:

Technique: Chisel Hard

Size: 6

Uncheck Global Light box

Angle: 82

Altitude: 53

Gloss Contour: Ring

Select Anti-aliased box

Highlight Mode: Linear Light

Shadow Mode - Opacity: 0%

- Step 2: Add a border and make the following settings: 

Click Anti-aliased.

- Step 3: Add texture to the glitter font effect by making the following settings:

Pattern: Double lined

Depth: 500%

- Step 4: Add Inner Glow with the following settings:

Noise: 49%

Color: #b3b694

Source: Center

Size: 16

- Step 5: Add Pattern Overlay by setting as follows:

Blend Mode: Soft Light

Opacity: 65%

Pattern: Nebula.

So we have successfully styled the second layer of the effect. You can add some more color with the Pattern Overlay effect and more gloss using the Bevel and Emboss settings.

4. How to add flares

Adding flares helps to make your design stand out. The steps are as follows:

- Step 1: Set the Foreground color to #f4f1e3, then select Brush Tool => open the Brush panel by selecting Window => Brush. Select one of the brushes in the Stars and Flares Brush Set and then modify their settings as follows:

Brush Head Shape:

set foreground color to #f4f1e3

Shape Dynamics: 

- Step 2: Create a new layer on top and name it Sparkles, then change the Blend Mode to Linear Light. Click to add some sparkles at the edges of the text.
